Becky,

I also would like to thank you for all of the cemetery surveys you have done and listed on the Internet. I have used your surveys a lot as I find new people. I am sorry that you will not continue with your work. You have enabled those of us who are unable to travel or afford expensive books to find where our ancestors are buried.

Thank you so much for all of your contributions to Haywood County and for giving those of us who live far away a chance to lookup information in Haywood for free.

Rebecca "Becky" Liner Sheriff

PS Does Haywood County have an index of old deeds so one could request a copy of a deed? When Haywood County was incorporated from Buncombe in 1808, my Liner family settled there. I would love to have copies of the deeds where they purchased land.
