1860 Federal Census, Haywood County, NC, Jonathan's Creek Township, page 120, family 847

Joshua Allison 74 male white farmer born NC
Nancy Allison 34 female white homemaker born NC
Phebe O. Allison 4 female white born NC
Wm. H. Tritt 13 male white born NC
Suiza J. Tritt 11 female white born NC
James A. Tritt 9 male white born NC
Roxana A. Tritt 7 female white born NC

These are all the people listed in the household of Joshua Allison in 1860. I don't know where Robert Medford got his information, but he definitely didn't get it from this census record. That's why every thing he's got in his books has to be checked against the actual census records.

Nancy Allison is Joshua Allison's 2nd wife.
Phebe O. is Phebe Octava, his only child with Nancy.
I don't know who the Tritt children are, but judging by their ages, it's possible that they are Nancy's children from a former marriage.
