Sorry, but there are no Packs listed in the cemetery book. Also, neither Charles or Martha appear either. There is a Charlie B. Justice and a Martha Lou Justice, but they were born in the late 1800s and were buried in different cemeteries.
Keep in mind that while Miller's cemetery book has most of the cemeteries in Haywood County listed, he did miss a few. Therefore, just because a person doesn't appear in the cemetery book doesn't mean that they weren't buried in Haywood County.
