Jim,

My search is for two persons. The first is Austin Pack. He was a soldier in the War of 1812 and he appeared on the 1820 Haywood Co. census. Believed to have died in Haywood Co. sometime within the next decade or so.

The second person is Charles Justice. Charles married Austin's widow, Martha, in 1832 in Haywood Co. There is a widow Martha Justice on the 1840 Haywood Co. census, thus implying that perhaps Charles Justice died within the prior eight years.

Your time and effort in checking your index for these persons is greatly appreciated.

Phyllis
