There is a single Richard Allen listed in the Cemetery Book. Information on him is scarce. It only shows 1785 as his year of birth and 1850 as his date of death. Annie Allen is shown as his wife, but there are no dates for her. Both are buried in the Green Hill Cemetery, Section Six, in Waynesville. Buried in the same section is a William Allen and the tombstone has a notation "Revolutionary War Soldier". No dates are shown for him either.
