Jim, I'm also trying to locate the burial site of Joseph Barnes who was born approximately 1770. He was in Haywood Co. in 1830 and his daughter Mariah married a Price there. Thank you so much for the help. I am a native NCarolinian but live in Florida now and it is hard to get back home to research.
