Many of the Williams of Warren County mention the disposition of their lands in Halifax County as well as Warren in their wills. Have you checked the wills for both of these counties to see if there are any for the people you are looking for?
While you don't mention a particular date for your Elisha Williams, I have found these entries in "Genealogical Abstracts of Wills, 1758-1824, Halifax County, North Carolina" by Margaret M. Hofmann, which may be of use to you:
Will#26 Pg.28 JOSHUA WILLIAMS (will date not given) Probated June Ct. 1761
eldest son THOMAS WILLIAMS negroes, still, horse etc. and 200 acres in Tyrel Co. on Great and Little Curnetu. daugher TEMPERANCE WILLIAMS negroes, cattle etc. daughter SARAH WILLIAMS negroes, horse etc. son ELISHA WILLIAMS plantation and land I now live on, negroes etc. daughter MARTHA WILLIAMS negroes wife to have the labour of 1 negro, cows, calves, etc. CELEA DICKSON one negro when she arrives at 21 and should she die before reaching 21 the sd. negro go to son ELISHA WILLIAMS

LYNEA'S heirs or to my son SOLOMON LAWRENCE WILLIAMS my 5 daughters to have 2 rooms in my house residue of estate to be divided after wife's death among my 4 children: LUCY WILLIAMS, SOLOMON LAWRENCE, SARAH WILLIAMS and ELIZABETH WILLIAMS.
