Searching for Birthplace of Lawson Arthur father of Blount Arthur b. 1804

some say Lawson came from England others say he was born in Craven County.

I discovered he served in Rev. War in 2nd NC regiment.

I found marriage bonds for Lawson Arthur and Celia Jarrell in Craven County around 1783.

Can anyone help me find birthplace or date for this Lawson Arthur?
