Walters in old Dobbs County

Does anyone know anything about the Walters that were in Dobbs County, NC in the 1700's.

I have traced my Walters line back to William Walters born c 1745 in Dobbs County, NC. This is documented and verified. I believe his father was a John Walters from Dobbs County, but have no documented proof.

These are all the "Walters" in Dobbs County, NC in 1790 listed as heads of family. The William Walters listed would be my great-great-great-grandfather as I pointed out above born c 1745. He moved to Robeson County, NC in 1794 and that is where I live. I believe the others maybe his brothers/sisters and the John Walters Sr is his father.
