Can any of you give me any info (death, marriage, etc) on this Rutha Britt (married name)that is listed on 1830 census of Greene Co., NC with 1m 15/20; 1f 15/20; 1f 20/30; 1f 40/50. This may or may not be my Rutha. I am searching for a Rutha Meeks, b. ca 1786, married ca 1800 to __ Britt. Rutha was named on 1819 land deed when she & her brother sold land in Pitt Co., NC that was left to them by their father by will. All help will be appreciated.
