Need a copy of the will of above individual. Will was written in 1794 in Franklin CO, and probated in 1816. - Son, Thomas WOMATH/WARMATH/WARMOTH/WOMACK was the executor. Thomas married Mary WOOTEN June 10 1796 in Franklin Co, NC.

Does anyone have a copy of the will of John Henry WOMATH/WARMATH/WARMOTH/WOMACK , or be willing to do a look-up?

JOHN HENRY WOMATH/WARMATH/WARMOTH/WOMACK was born 1748 in Franklin Co., NC, and died 1816 in Davidson Co., TN. He married WILLIE HOUSE Abt. 1767 in Franklin Co., NC. She was born 1749 in Granville Co., NC.

Are the wills for this time period stored at the Franklin County Courthouse; or at the archives in Raleigh?
