Old Hope Moravian Cemetery is not near the church.
It is off of Copeland Road. To get there you go south-west of Winston-Salem on Stratford Road. You turn right onto Old Sides Mill Rd, which is just past Faw Road.

At the "T" intersection you turn right, and then you will turn left onto Copeland. Copeland beds around a bit -- Old Hope Moravian Cemetery is on the right just before Copeland ends and turns into a private drive.

You will see a couple of 3-4 ft high granite corner posts, and that marks the cemetery. Unfortunately it does not appear that the cemetery is being maintained -- although the grass had been cut. Many of the stones appear to be missing or were covered by dirt.

Who are you looking for? I have a copy of the grave listing that was published in the Forsyth County cemeteries book, and I have taken pictures of all of the gravestones I was able to find and read -- they have all been posted to the findagrave website.
