Howdy Della,

I went through all five volumes of "Forsyth County, N.C. Cemetery Records" and couldn't locate Sidney Dee Sams. The burial may have been missed. I suggest looking for an obituary in the local papers, the Winston-Salem Journal and The Sentinel, from the time around the death. Both papers are available in microform in the North Carolina Room in the Main Branch of the Forsyth County Public Library, and perhaps elsewhere.
