Researching African American Goldens in Forsyth

I am looking for information on Green and Dicey Golden, who are listed in the 1870 census as living in Forsyth Co in 1870 (aged 35 and 24 respectively). Green was formerly enslaved by Reuben D. Golding and Dicey by a Mr. Hill (perhaps Joel or John). They were married in Stokes Co. on August 29, 1866 after stating that they had lived together as man and wife since 1859.

Thank you for any help.
