Some girls in my Girl Scout troop found an old cemetary and want to try to get it fixed up. They think it's sad that it has been abandoned and forgotten. I told them I would try to find out something about the family.
Is anyone researching this family group? I do know that according to the 1910 Durham Co Census, JS and Henrietta had at least 2 other sons... Barnard and W N (or H).

A quick look revealed graves for the following people. I believe ther are more:
J. S. Vickerson b. 1857
Henrietta Vickerson (wife of J S)
William Riley Vickerson 1882-1911 (son of J S and Henrietta)
R. Luther Vickers (d. 1931) (son of J S and Henrietta)
Mamie Vickers (wife of R. Luther)
James A son of Mamie and Luther Vickers (7/1908 - 10/1908)
Lois dau. of Mamie and ? Parham maybe (d 1917)
Rosa Morton wife of E.D. Kelly (d. 1951)
