William Maynor family website and lots of surnames

I have just posted a lot of info to my new website featuring the William Maynor family of Chatham & Moore Counties, NC beginning in 1850. The earliest recorded record we have of William Maynor is his son's death certificate (Joseph Maynor was born in 1844 Moore/Chatham County, NC and died 1917 in Durham, NC) which states his father was born in Sampson County, NC. So, it is possible that there are distant relatives in Sampson, Duplin and maybe Robeson Counties, NC. Two children of William Maynor (Joseph and William Judson)moved their families to Durham, NC in the late 1800's and many of their children stayed in the area.

Also included on the website are kindred families of Ausley, Davis, Phillips, Fields, Short, Martindale and more!

I am also including information on other related N.C. families of Adcock, Mangum, Lunsford and O'Neal of Granville and Wake Counties, NC and Virginia.

My hope is that I will connect with folks who are also researching these families and, finally, I will be able to jump over some of my major research brick walls! Sandy in NC
