Looking for where John Hawthorn lived in Duplin County in 1780. According to his Revolutionary War pension # R.4775 he was living in Duplin County in April 1780 when he enlisted in the army of the United States with Capt. Raiford, Lt. __ndutman and ensign Harrison. He also states he was born in Duplin County August 16, 1752.
