Green Dunn was my gggg grandfather. I believe I have communicated via email with a relative of yours, Anne. She sent me the copy of the information about the estate of Elisha Hunter. Green and Martha had two children,Opehlia Jane who married Jacob Ridenhour, and Cyrus Furman, who married Rue Malinda Morton. I am striving to find Green's parents, with no luck. So do you really think he was a lawyer? I wonder what, if any, resources there are for listings of lawyers in North Carolina in those days?
