I show Nancy Phelps as daughter of James Harrison Phelps (son of Abington Phelps and Nancy E. Orrell) and his 1st wife Mahaley Myers (1900 Davie Co. census page 236a). Nancy was born in Feb. 1889. She married Pink McDaniel (age 17) on Oct. 15, 1905 in Davie Co., NC (Davie Co. Marriages 1901-1959, pg. 184). Nancy's known siblings are Charley Abington Phelps (Jan. 1881), Conrad Phelps (May 1884), Annie Phelps (Mar. 1892), and Uriah Hugh Phelps (Mar. 1893). The 1910 Davie Co. census, pg. 157b shows Nancy and James P. with two sons, James L. (1908) and Willie F. (1910). Hope this helps.
