Your response is very helpful. I will add it to my files. Harrison and Sarah named one of their sons Dewitt C. (Clinton?) Walker. I had assumed that W.B. Wilson's son was the namesake and your info strenghtens that assumption.

This is the exact text of the Will Abstract: 5-30-1848 William B. Wilson to Arthur Neely for $1 & love in trust for Sarah Walker, wf of Harrison Walker, 150A of Keller place on Hunting Creek on Mocksville-Statesville Road adj. Abraham Van Eaton, Slomon Hall, Providence. Hopefully, I will be returning to Davie Co. in the near future and can try to retrieve the will from the Register of Deeds Office.

I haven't paid any attention to the mention of the Keller place until now. William McKinley Walker married Augusta Keller (b. 1896). I also have a John Keller (b. about 1775) married to Rose Walker. I have no leads on who John Keller or Rose Walker connect to.

Do you know if William B. Wilson had a sister named Nancy?

I will also email you directly. I want to keep this thread going in hopes of finding a connection to my Walkers.
