Hello
I was justrecently at LDS in Salt Lake
Found a very good drawing of The area you are questioning.
If you follow the Yadkin River up stream
to a point once called the Trading Ford
Or the now present highway crossing it
between Lexington and Salisbury
Now go back down stream
Remember, the Yadkin seperates these counties
on my map I show 5 creeks on the Davidson side
1st Swearing Creek
next Abbotts
Then comes FlatSwamp Creek
next is Lick Creek
( my Cameron line owned land on Flat and Lick Creeks)
and lastly and smallest is Cabin
it is situated not farup from the Montgomery county line
Hope Ive helped
CYa
Thom C.
