It has been noted that Farnifold's mother Anne Farnifold/Farnefold may have been either the daughter or sister of the Rev. John Farnifold who was one of the first trustees of the College of William and Mary. John Burgwin Green, III, a direct descendant of Thomas Green via his son John Curtis Green, is doing a brochure on the history of the Cassandra. He and his brother, William Davis Green, are to be commended and thanked for their effort to recognize and honor their ancestor. John B. Green, III may be contacted at jobugr@yahoo.com.
