Dear Susan,
I believe I found a daughter of Bonnie and Otto's. Bonnie may still be living. Otto was buried at Mountain Rest Cem, and I can't find any record of Bonnie.
I found a few records, but I need more information, to be sure. I would like to send it to you off site.
I would like to link all the individuals in the Old Ford Cemetery and Mountain Rest, and those that moved to Rutherford.
I think that my Great great grandfather Drew Osborn Costner and his sons John and Columbus are buried in the Old Ford Cemetery. On the 1850 Census our families are next door to each other. My Drury is 1 year old and your Drurry is 10. It appears as Ford, Andy J 1841 1901 Ford, Cenith M 1831 1902 on the headstone. --The parents of John Wesley Ford. My 3 all died in 1889. I don't believe they were allowed to be buried at Mountain Rest like later generations. The cemetery seems to me to be the Ford's back yard.
