I am looking for information on the descendants of William Alonzo Peeler, son of David H. Peeler. Here is what I know:

William was born in 1847 and appears in the 1850, 1860, and 1870 Cleveland censuses. His mother was Eliza, and I am aware of the following siblings: Mary L. (1848), Alfred (1850), Sarah L. (1853), Aaron A. (1855) and Peter (1858).

Sometime after the 1870 census, William landed in Wise County, TX where he married into my Glass family. William married Nancy C. Glass around 1875-1876, and they appear in the 1880 Wise census with the following children: Sarah (1876) and Mary (1879). William died in 1885 and is buried in the Glass family cemetery in Wise County, TX. His gravestone indicates he was a sergeant in the U.S. Army. (His brothers-in-law were Texas Rangers and involved in the Indian fighting out in TX. This may be how he met his wife.)

I can not find any information on William's widow or children subsquent to his death. I'm hoping a Peeler researcher may know more about William Alonzo's daughters and their descendants.
