Dear Lynn,
You get extra chocolate in YOUR milk...what a find! The Nancy White mentioned in your transcription maybe my Great Great Great grandmother. Her hubby, Jeremiah White died April 1, 1862 in Petersburg, VA. But, we couldn't find a pension record for her. If this is her, then I'll just have to dig deeper. I wondered if she ever qualified for it or didn't think she was eligible. Good job!
