Raymond,
You might want to try a search of the 1850 Cleveland county census index for any Wiggins listing with a dau. named Sarah. You might get lucky and come up with a few possibilities on who her parents might be. If no luck in Cle. co. try the surrounding counties. For my searches, I have been fortunate in finding many in either Rutherford or Cleaveland county during that period.
