i have simon peter drum in our line of drums..his father is john drum, mother barbara shook. simon peter is buried at bethel cemetary, catawba co nc. he died 2 jan 1901, catawba co nc..rhoda malinda benfield is simon peters wife,born 8 sept 1826, died 10 june 1925 catawba co nc.her father henry benfield, mother fanny, betsy bolick. children of simon and rhoda drum are, john henry born 1855 married to julia emma poteet, 27 dec 1855, hosea a ,born may 1850, marcus l, anna, mary, neely, martin born 1867 , elizabeth jane born 1865,,, married to albert a miller,, alice born 1870, susan married to a pharr. i dont know if i have contacted you before, if not email me.. d drum
