I am looking for the parents/family of John Leonard b Lincoln Co 1820. He married Elizabeth Love b 1820-23 Chester Co SC. They were listed in Chester Co 1850 and 1860 Chester Co census. John was killed 1862 at 2nd Manassas. Elizabeth brought her children to Lincoln Co Ar 1867-1868. I would appreciate any help I can get as John and Elizabeth are as far as I can get on this line. They are my g-g-grandparents. As Lincoln Co gave birth to Catawba Co in 1842, I think there may be a good chance some info can be found here...
