Many of my ancestors moved from CASWELL Co to western KY (LIVINGSTON CO) in the early 1800s--Dobbins, Hinton, Hutson/Hudsons, Loves.

Seeking info on MOSES HUTSON/HUDSON who married BETSEY RANDOLPH Oct 9 1784 in Caswell Co NC--almost exactly 220 years ago!! JAMES RANDOLPH SR. is her father, acc. to researchers.
I believe this couple moved to Livingston County KY and had many children, one of whom was most likly my oldest proven ancestor, JOHN HUTSON (c. 1793, NC, 1871, Livingston Co KY)
A SHADRACH HUDSON is also in Caswell Co at the same time, and marries MARY BRANDON two weeks earlier, Sept. 25, 1784.

SHADRACH appears in deeds in Caswell Co in 1777, 1780 and in one on Wynn's Creek, adj. Va. line in 1783, this will mentions an ELIZABETH HUDSON.

My Capt. JAMES WILLSON and his wife AMELIA BURGESS (of Pittsylvania Co VA) and their children sold their land in Caswell Co in 1810 and moved to Livingston Co KY in 1811.

THOMAS HUTSON (son of my John, probable grandson of Moses)
in 1866.

Also intermarried with my people: Dobbins, Farley, Hinton

Would love to compare notes
Phyllis Hutson Richerson
John Hutson, NC to KY> Thomas Hutson KY to FL to AL> Ivan Hutson KY TO FL TO AL> John Robert Hutson AL> me
