Are You Missing Ira E. FARMER of NC, & Isaac N. FARMER of GA?

I've traced these Farmer's starting with my mother, all the way back to her 2nd Great Grandfather, Ira E. Farmer. He was born around 1806 somewhere in North Carolina. He has become a brickwall because of not knowing who (whom?) Ira's parents were and not knowing what County in NC he came from.

Ira married Elizabeth Colwell on 03 Feb 1836 in Henry Co., GA. My mother descends through Ira's son, Isaac N. Farmer (b: circa 1840, GA). Isaac only had one other brother, Frances M. Farmer, and three sisters, Arletha, Martha, & Mary Farmer.

Isaac N. Farmer married Corrintha S. (I think her maiden name may have been Pollard, but no proof)(--?--). His children were: William A. Farmer (b: c. 1867, GA), Charles B. Farmer (b: c. 1870), Emma E. Farmer (b: c. 1872), Roy Farmer (b: c. 1876, GA), Corrie L. Farmer (b: Jan 1880, TX). There may have been other children that I don't know about.

Is there anyone researching this family or another line of this family? Do you know Ira's parents names and where in NC they came from? Can anyone out there help me break through this brickwall? Any and all help is so GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Thanks, TJ
