Hello,
I live in Ohio, and it's hard to get someone to look around, I appreciate your help.
His name is:
Robert Jackson
b. 9-11-1873 Milton, Caswell Co., North Carolina
d. 4-8-1915 East Liverpool, Columbiana Co., Ohio
according to Death Cert & obit body was sent to
Milton, North Carolina for burial on 4-11-1915

He is the son of
Robert Jackson of North Carolina
&
Nancy McGee of North Carolina

Now I found in the slave Schedule of 1860 for Milton, NC a
A. McGhee who owned 9 slaves, from what i can tell it looks like 8 of the 9 ran away, as they are checked as fugitives(?)

So anything you find on the Jackson or McGee family of Milton would be just find as I don't know of anywhere else to look.

Thank-you for you help

May God Bless you in your search
Ginny
