I have seen several marriage bonds from NC and the only information on them is the name of the bride and groom, the person who put up the bond and the name of the witness to the bond. In a few cases I have seen the name of the person who performed the ceremony. Bonds can be very usefull though, because in some cases relative of either the bride or groom were the bondsmen.
