I failed to address some of your questions in my previous message. Concerning the folks recorded at the estate sale of William Mitchell, John Mitchell was Susannah's brother (my 4th great grandfather).
Concerning Robert Mitchell, I have never been able to relate him to my clan of Mitchell's. I believe his father was Arthur or perhaps it was the other way around. Of course, the Henslee connection comes through William Mitchell's wife being the daughter of Macksfield Henslee. John Mitchell and John Henslee were executors of William Mitchell's estate.
