Thank you so much for your reply. Most of the information you gave I have seen before, but there are some bits of missing information that my family cannot find. My brother participated in the Harrelson DNA project, with the result being that we are descended from someone in the Harrelson family Ezekiel Harrelson was from. My great-great grandfather was a William Harrelson born in 1791, but we have no record of his parents, except for a vague reference in one of my great-aunt's journal that his father may have been named Micajah (or some spelling variation of that name) and that after he settled in the Cherryville, NC area in the early 1800's he brought "Granny Smith" to live with him. I am wondering if there is any record of the children of Elsheaber and Elkanah's children, or of Elijah's children? Thank you again for your help.
