I don't know if this will help you re PIKE.

1. Caswell Co. Will Book C, 1794-95: p. 102. Eliz. Jouit, in account with John Brown, guardian. Payments to Lewis PIKE, John Lenox, John Buckhanon, Jepthah Rice.

2. Lewis PIKE purchased property 1796-97 from estate of late John Mallory, 16 Nov 1795.

3. Lewis PIKE purchased land again in 1803, so he was a significant landholder in the area. He is in the 1784 tax list, owning 150 acres at that time, in Moon's unit.
