Ambrose Williams b. 1725c

My 5th ggfa, Ambrose Williams b. 1725c., resided in what was Orange Co. in the late 1770s found on a Petition to section off part of Orange to form a new county. His son, John Williams, was hung by the Tories and shortly thereafter, this family moved to Burke Co., NC.

Ambrose is mentioned as being on the Caswell Co., NC Wills Book 1777-1843 Tax List & Guardian Accounts. Can anyone help me find a copy of what is included on this?

Clydene
