I'm also searching particulars on my Williams Family in Person/Orange Co., NC. Ambrose Williams b. 1725c, my 5th ggfa signed a petition to have part of Orange sectioned off to form another Co. I figure it was what became Person at a later date. I'm also searching the records in Caswell Co. just in case. Ambrose' son, John Williams, was hung by the Tories in probably Orange Co. in the early part of the Rev. War. Actually, those are the records I am trying to find.

I don't see a connection but there still me be one. Will share! Clydene <clydenefred@juno.com>
