I have an Abner Bell born in the late 1700s. Married to Jean Shepard. Married to Sarah Pelletier (9-12-1804) and married to Comfort Small (12-15-1812) Children include: Jean had the following children: George, Abasalom, and Abner. Comfort Small gave birth to Micajah Bell.

Abner Bell died in 1815.

His son, Abner, married Vashti Weekson July 12, 1821. He married Elizabeth Weeks on 1-12-1828 (daughter of Benjamin Weeks, Jr and Mary ??) Abner then married on July 22, 1835, Alice Sanders and on April 5, 1841 he married Ann Olgesby. And finally, on May 21, 1844 he married Holland Bell and had a son, David, and a daughter, Fanny.
Wasn't really a good idea for a woman to marry into this family, huh?
I can send you additional info if this is one of your ancestors. Just let me know.
