St. John's Episc. Church/Carteret Co.

Supposedly, a number of years ago (40-50, from what I understand), a researcher from Pamlico Co. a Mrs. Marybelle Delamar transcribed the records of St. John's Episcopal Church in Beaufort. The archives in Raleigh has only microfilm, and the readers and quality of print are so poor that the data, for the most part, are illegible. Does anyone know where the transcripts done by Mrs. Delamar are and how folks can get their hands on the data?
Thanks for your response.
