DID ANY WILLIAMS FROM PERSON CO. COME TO YOUR AREA?

Please, any help you can lend to me in proving the ancestors of my Samuel Williams would be appreciated.
The nice lady at the Person County Library contacted a Williams researcher but he did not want to share information with me. I have met many nice people in genealogy and I know there is someone who has researched this family willing to share and gain extensive information on Samuel's decendants.
Please help!
I will pay a fair amount for your help.

Could he be from VA Williams who moved to Person? However, in a census there in a row are Bennett, Sr., Samuel, Bennett Jr..,, Elijah so this makes me think they are family.
