The will of Orzeni Rogers "A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testiment of Orzeni ROGERS is offered in open court for Probate by Jas. C. BRUMLEY one of the heirs of said decd which is in the following words and _ to wit. Know all men by these present that I Orzeni ROGERS of the County of Cabarrus State of North Carolina being in delicate health but of sound mine and memory do make this my last will and testament All my property both real and personal...Second, I give and bequeath to my aged Aunt Jane ROGERS who has resided with me for many many years an equal part with my Brothers and sisters to wit David A ROGERS, Samuel ROBERS, Margaret BRUMLEY and Mary FAGGART their heirs or assignes to have and to hold the same forever...23 day of March 1874." [Orzeni Rogers will 1875 will book 3, page 145, Cabarrus co. NC, copied from microfilm]

Margaret Rogers married John Brumley March 15, 1836. Their son James C. Brumley married Mary E. Rogers daughter of Seth K. Rogers and Eliza Steel.

Mary Rogers was first married to Mr. Kelough and had a son William before marrying Mr. Faggart.

David and Samuel Robers were both blind. Another brother Joseph W. Rogers died before Ozni's will of 1875. David and Samuel Rogers lived with nephew William Kellough after Ozni's death.

All were probably children of Carson Rogers and Isabella "Ibby" McKinley.
