Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Daniel Dry (b. 25 Mar 1790, d. 23 Oct 1854)was a probable son of Andrew Dry and Barbara Teem (This is not proven, but is the opinion of most Dry researchers). He married Rachael Lipe in Cabarrus Co. NC on 5 Jan 1811.
Rachael Lipe (b. 9 Jul 1790, d. 9 Nov 1862) was the daughter of John Godfrey Lipe and Barbara House.
Daniel's family resided along Little Buffalo Creek in Cabarrus Co. NC. He was a veteran of the War of 1812 serving with "Capt. Wiley's Co., 6th NC Militia."
Daniel & Rachael are buried at St. Stephen's Lutheran Cemetery, Cabarrus Co. NC. If you want more, I will be glad to share.
