I believe the R. P. McClellan of this census entry is Robert P. McClellan, son of Isaac McClellan and Margaret Neeley, and that his wife Martha was Martha M. Kimmons, which would account for their connection to your Mollie. I'm afraid I don't know anything further about the Kimmons or Scott lines, I'm afraid (my husband was a descendant of Robert's brother William), but there seems to be a fair number of people out there who have researched Isaac's descendants and their spouses, and who may have more information about Martha Kimmons McClellan's family.
