Thanks for the inquiry. I have not run across William or Chris/Christian, but it certainly is possible they may be kin. Actually, the only other name I have seen previously and which I believed might be a sibling of Moses is that of Mathias Miller, b. 1807, whose name appears in the 1850 census of Cabarrus Co., but I have no proof they are related.
