FRIESLANDs in Cabarrus Co., NC
Posted by: Marla J. Miller Date: April 24, 2001 at 12:00:04

I am desperately trying to locate any ancestral information on my maternal grandmother's family. My grandmother's name was Flora Ola Friesland Bare. (b. 3/9/1900) Her parents were James Floyd Friesland (b. 4/18/1862) and Etta "Hettie" Lula Harper (b. 4/26/1862). James's parents were Henry Friesland and Malinda Wyatt (m. 1847) (All from Ashe County, NC) I have no other information beyond that. I know there are several Frieslands recorded in Cabarrus Co., NC, but am not sure if there is a connection.

If anyone has any information on this branch of the Friesland family, please contact me. Thanks!
