Mary - Thank you for our response. I must have misspelled the name, because the photo I have has Jethro Almond as the person. Do you have any "Jethro"'s in your records? I'm not sure just how he is related to my father-in-law's family. His name is Jonas (Jim) Herlocker. As far as I can tell, his father was a "Jesse" Herlocker (or Hurlocker).
Of interest! My great grandmother married a Mr. Pugh after her first husband died. They lived in PA. I don't know his first name and have not yet done any research on her. Thanks, Helen
