In the 1790 census, 1st Company, there is also a Zach THOMPSON, with 1 male over 16 and one female, living right in the middle of the ALLISON [ELLISON] family. I suspect this is Zachariah THOMPSON who married Sarah, widow of John ALLISON in Frederick Co., MD after 1774.
