This book promises to be a fine edition not only to descendants of Andrew Jackson, known as
Brandy Jack Mullins, but to anyone who descends from the numerous Mullins families of
Virginia, Western North Carolina, East Kentucky, West Virginia, and beyond. The book will
contain over 800 pages with numerous photos, and an opening chapter over 100 pages that will
cover many of the early Mullins families and their connection to each other.
While the book doesn't answer all questions on the ancestry of the Mullins, it does contain new
and valuable information on the origins of the many Mullins families, and is the end result of over
30 years of research and data collecting.
This is a book whose many contributors are all Mullins descendants. It is a must have for any serious researcher of the Mullins, and the only copies that will be printed, will go to pre-paid orders. The deadline
for ordering copies is November 1, 2002.
This book is a not for profit endeaver, with a portion of the proceeds beyond publishing costs going toward
establishing a Mullins monument.
