Thanks for the response. I believe the Davis/England families went through Tennessee. One of the Davis sons was in TN until the 1830's.

William England would have been born abt 1780, NC. His son William was born abt 1811 in NC. Then (I think) William SR was in the war of 1812. He may have died in that war, since his wife Mary Davis England and his son, go on to Indiana with her father, Wm. Davis, and her brothers and sisters. AT one time I checked on the Englands of Adair Co., but if you can add anything, I would be delighted.

The son Wm. of William and Mary Davis England, went on to Livingston Co., Mo., after 1850. He had married Mary Dedrick in Jackson Co. Ind.
