John Bickerstaff is thought to have come from Rowan County to Burke County about 1780. He is found in "Burke County, NC Land Records & More Important Misc Records 1751-1809. V III" around 1789. Several litigations include Michael Grindstaff. In this volume he appears as litigant and as bondsman. I am seeking information about who the members of his family were. Descemdants all moved to GA, when?
